This "dernier cru" is actually a Bordeaux supérieur from 2003, that was awarded a gold medal at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles in 2005. It was very good. Very good indeed.

ReplyDeleteI'd love to try it but French wine is kind of expensive here compared to similar wines from elsewhere. Something about a tariff war!
I could do with a glass of that right now, heck, leave the bottle!
