Does my bum look big in this?

Yes, Filou. It does a bit. But just a bit.




This week 440 minutes of specific training, approx. 51k run. Plus 60 minutes of unspecific training. I feel tired. Next weekend I will run a 10k race as a fitness test. Right now it feels like I will only be able to crawl.

Older again...

but still not wiser. By now I have given up hope, that will ever happen.

I am running and so is my nose. I have caught a cold. No surprise, given the recent weather conditions. It's not too bad, though. I can still go out and run; snail pace, but at least I am moving. It's slippery in the forest, there is ice underneath the new snow. Fortunately, no-one has a camera to film me wobble around! I do not want to see that on youtube (or anywhere else for that matter). Do they sell spiked running shoes?

Since my training schedule has gone into full marathon throttle 10 days ago, I have lost a little over 1kg. Hopefully, I can shed some more extra weight before the race. Unfortunately, I am currently quite partial to nuts. Especially cashews. Counterproductive, that is.
