Run, Forest, run
Lots of work last week meant little time for training. I didn't eat properly and skipped lunch a couple of days. Unsurprisingly, I dind't fell like doing much, when I came home in the evenings. So it added up to only 3.5 hours of running and 1 hour Pilates. Pilates counts double, because it is personal training and if you are alone, you are observed by the trainer every single second. She has eagle eyes and sees every minimal attempt to cheat.
But it's a new week and a new training schedule. The programme has intensified with faster intervalls and longer runs. So it's "run, Forest, run".
Now I am off to watch Blackjack on BBC Entertainment. That Ausstralian accent is quite sexy.
