Cruelty against plants

A while ago I gave one of my plants to two collegues, so that they could have something green in their office. One of them left the company a while ago (he was the main "plant carer") and today I went to check if the other one looks after the plant properly. I found my poor plant in a state of extreme neglect. I am thinking about sueing! The plant is home with me now and fingers crossed it wasn't too late.

He lost his last fight today; I lost my best friend, the reason to get up every morning. I miss him dreadfully.
