A little setback

Training this week suffered a setback. Another cold meant no training on Tuesday, I probably should have done f*** all, but the marathon is only a few weeks away. Maybe I need to remind myself that it is not worth dying for? At least I didn't run the half-marathon on Saturday. I couldn't have run fast anyway, so I decided to spare myself the drive and instead just did my normal local run. In snail pace.

Specific: 385 min, approx. 46k (longest run 155 min)
Non-specific: none (my Pilates coach is on holiday, bless her)

Last week: 470 min, approx. 60k
Non-specific: 60 min

My calves could do with a massage. Maybe I should do more stretching.
